Finished and working as intended!!  Project Cool Down is a success, or at least psychologically.  It feels cooler, I think.  The inspector came back today to check everything over and will sign off on the completed project tomorrow.  The cost was minimal, about 400 soles or US$140. The construction is moving forward!  The floor is done, the bathroom and storage area are finished   Today the fans were installed.
